I heard this funny gorilla joke today:
A gorilla was walking through the jungle when he came across a deer eating grass in a clearing. The gorilla roared, 'Who is the king of the jungle?'and the deer replied, 'Oh, you are, Master.' The gorilla walked off pleased. Soon he came across a zebra drinking at a water hole. The gorilla roared, 'Who is the king of the jungle?' and the zebra replied, 'Oh, you are, Master.' The gorilla walked off pleased. Then he came across an elephant. 'Who is the king of the jungle?' he roared. With that, the elephant threw the gorilla across a tree and jumped on him. The gorilla scraped himself up off the ground and said, 'Okay, okay, there's no need to get mad just because you don't know the answer.
As if yesterday's chimp and baby tiger cub weren't cute enough, here's an orangutan with his best friend, a dog. Monkeys and apes with dogs are totally adorable:

Chimps are cute on their own, but paired with a baby white tiger, they're even cuter. Photographer Barry Bland took these photos of an adorable chimp playing mama to a white baby tiger cub. When a hurricane separated this white tiger cub from it's mom at their sanctuary, Anjana the chimp stepped in as their surrogate mother.
Today's monkey joke:
A gorilla walks into a bar and says, "A scotch on the rocks, please." The gorilla hands the bartender a $10 bill.
The bartender thinks to himself, "This gorilla doesn't know the prices of drinks," and gives him 15 cents change.
The bartender says, "You know, we don't get too many gorillas in here."
The gorilla replies, "Well, at $9.85 a drink, I ain't coming back, either."
